(Feb 21, 2015) Being the first Yoga House in Gensan, Marichi Yoga House serves as benchmark in Yoga here in General Santos. Aside from being equipped with
very capable and well trained teachers
(Hi Teacher Helen!), this
establishment mainly promotes well-being more importantly than the business
side of things. The place is very conducive for concentration especially for
a beginner like me. Had my many firsts in Yoga so no worries beginners if
you feel like you are behind,
Teacher Helen will bring out the best in you. :)

(Feb 20, 2015) Ganito pala ang Yoga sa totoong buhay! Masaya na nakakarelax pa. Marichi Yoga House's ambiance is like entering a sandy white beach, surely relaxing. Thank you
Teacher Helen for sharing this experience to all of us here in
GenSan.
More Power!!!

(Feb 19, 2015) Marichi Yoga House introduced me to the wonderful world of
YOGA. This is Gensan's first and accessible yoga house in the city.
Teacher Helen will teach you different yoga styles that may lead you to a more relaxing state. I'm so grateful and proud to be part of this growing community of yogies. You will attain a perfect equilibrium and harmony, promote self healing, focus and concentration and of course reduce stress and tension in the physical body. Thank you Teacher Helen!!! Namaste!

(Feb 18, 2015) Thank you Helen for sharing to us your love for yoga. Having
Marichi Yoga House in GenSan put an end to all of our curiosity to the practice we only see on television shows. I personally joined beginners as well as non-so-beginners class with Helen and I never spotted any difference with the way she handle her sessions. Whether you're a newbie or not, her humbling touch and personal approach is with no difference at all...
Way to go Teacher Helen and to Marichi Yoga House.

(June 3, 2014) Marichi Yoga House is one of my favorite shalas in the whole world. Not only does it offer different styles of yoga but the practitioners that make it are one of the
most genuine, generous, and
fun-loving people I've ever met. Kudos to
Helen Prieto for birthing this wonderful space.

Marichi Yoga House and be welcomed by a vibrant community of GenSan yogis. Try out a class, ask for one-on-one sessions, or join us when we organize activities for charitable purposes. Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, there's something for everyone at
Marichi Yoga House.

(May 23, 2014) Since I discovered yoga a few years back, I feel in love with the practice immediately. And when
Marichi Yoga Haus finally opened, the journey into my deeper self and deeper yoga jumpstarted. I saw how I was able to
grow into someone better who felt even better both as a person and as a yogi. And for this, the gratitude in my heart is in abundance. Namaste!

(May 22, 2014) My curiousity with yoga practice started 4 years ago when I bought a used book about how to practice. On my own I followed the instructions. Oftentimes I would just practice if I'd see the book. The somewhere in the corner of my room.. But when i coincidentally found marichi yoga house, my
curiousity with yoga grew. Until such time if I wouldn't be able to practice for a week or months.
It's like eating meal without rice.

(May 21, 2014) Whenever I need a
"me time", this place is my sanctuary. A place where I can be myself with no hesitations.
Affordable and accessible yoga for everyone :)

(May 20, 2014) It is such a gem to have found
Marichi Yoga House. I am blessed to learn and to love yoga with the help and encouraging words of
teacher Helen. I also met a lot of
great and positive people through it. Thank you for my 1st year yoga journey. Thank you for teaching me to be
consistently optimistic. I'm looking forward to more years of bending, flexing, stretching and inversions. Cheers!

(May 19, 2014) With
Marichi Yoga House being the only yoga studio in town, it has become the equalizer amongst yoga enthusiasts coming from all walks in Gen San. The resulting yoga community serves as a support group for everyone who wish to deepen their practice. With a super-reasonable rate of P70/class including the use of the daily-sanitized mat (which other studios charge at P50/use), owner and yogini,
Helen Prieto, makes yoga accessible to everyone.
