• Php 200 - drop-in
• Php 600 - Beginner's Package, 7 classes, valid for 1 week
• Php 1800 - 10 classes, valid for 2 months
• Php 4000 - 25 classes, valid for 5 months
• FREE - Sunday Karma Yoga class, 8:30am - 9:30am

Yoga Disciplines Offered

• Ashtanga - a series of brisk-paced sequential postures, athletic
• Vinyasa - rhythmic breathing in a series of flowing postures
• Power Yoga - athletic, similar to Ashtanga but without the set sequences
• Hot Yoga - artificially heated environment to further loosen the muscles
• Pre Natal - an ideal preparation for childbirth
• Gentle Flow - soothing and restorative yoga
• Beginners Yoga - for those curios about yoga and would like to give it a try
• Private Classes - for those who want a private one-on-one interaction with the teacher
• Deep Stretch - postures are held longer for deep muscle and connective tissue stretches
• Power Core - focuses on stregthening the core muscles and the lower back
• Hatha - focuses on individual poses without the flow of Vinyasa or Ashtanga

(Feb 18, 2015) My Saturday routine is now Ashtanga with Jeanne in the morning and Deep Stretch with Jason in the afternoon. In a day I can have by yin and yang practice. Also they have the best teachers in Cebu.

(Oct 28, 2013) YogaHub is an upscale yoga studio with a handy location in Banilad Town Center. It offers a lot of yoga disciplines with different levels that cater to a wide range of demographics - from beginner-level to the more advanced practitioner. The standards are kept high - the teachers are carefully screened for competence, the merchandising is of top quality, even the rental mats are branded, and more importantly, sanitized after every use. The place is kept clean and the owners are hands-on, ensuring the standards are met. My wish list would be a shower room and for the studio to open earlier than the first class to allow participants to be set-up ahead of time.
