• Swedish Massage - free jacuzzi or sauna, 1.25 hours Php 350 or 2 hours Php 550
• Aromatherapy Massage - free jacuzzi or sauna, 1.25 hours Php 350 or 2 hours Php 550
• Thai Massage - 1 hour Php 250, 1.5 hours Php 340
• Foot Massage - 45 mins Php 150, 1.25 hours Php 250
• Body Scrub - 1.5 hours Php 500

Packages:

• Indulgence - wet floor facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, hot and cold shower), body scrub, body massage Php 900
• Pampering - body scrub and body massage Php 750
• Head to Toe - body massage and foot massage Php 450

Membership:

• Diamond - Php 11,000/year, wet floor facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, hot and cold shower) twice weekly, 2 body massage of 2-hour session monthly, 2 body scrub session yearly, Member's spa rate is 10% off for major services excluding foot massage

Iaso Spa is located within Uptown Condotel along Masterson Avenue about 1km south of SM. By jeep it's 15 mins from Cogon Market (jeep going to "Xavier Heights" with terminal in front of Deluxe Hotel) P13. From Divisoria (jeep going to "Xavier Heights" with terminal at corner Pabayo and Hayes), P10. By cab from city proper, just tell the cabbie "Uptown Condotel by Xavier Estates", ~P100.

(Apr 11, 2013) I've been putting this off for a while, but because I felt so stressed for the past weeks and days, I finally went and tried their massage. I had their Swedish full-body massage and I love the free use of sauna. Whoa! That was so great. The massage was truly calming and thoroughly enjoyable. I just wanted to enjoy the feeling of being pampered so I didn't take a nap (though the massage really makes you so sleepy). The girl who did my massage (Jaira if I remembered it right) was so good as she was giving me soothing stokes especially on my favorite lower back part and the hips. The massage also has a few gentle stretches. I just wish everything would last longer. :) I've only been to a few spas since our family has a regular therapist (who does home service full-body massage for a cheaper price) but I must say that this one really gives you the spa experience. (Mar 5, 2013) Iaso Spa located at the Ground Floor UPTOWN CONDOTEL, and which is situated equidistant between the Lumbia Airport and downtown CDO, is a place so relaxing for travellers and local customers. The staff are polite and very accommodating. Service is satisfying and excellent in that cozy place. I will definitely recommend clinic/spa to my friends and relatives, and especially to my fellow SCs I can talk to. Kudos!

Can you increase the number of free minutes from 20 to 30 minutes? hehehe.. I've tried both the Swedish and the Aromatherapy massages. I highly recommend the Aromatherapy one. Had a great time. See you soon. Thanks again. Can you have a few "massage beds" instead of the "foam bed" on the floor? :-)

(Feb 26, 2013) I don't usually go for massages because I don't like having muscle pains and bruises. But my experience with Iaso Spa was completely different, it was great. My therapist made sure that I was comfortable and pampered 101%. I was so relaxed, I slept like a baby right after. I would definitely recommend Iaso Spa to those looking for a satisfying massage at a reasonable price. The place is so clean and convenient, you won't get stressed out just looking for a parking space which is the usual dilemma of other spas.

(Feb 26, 2013) Iaso Spa is just on the ground floor of Uptown Condotel where I was checked-in, so I thought about giving it a try. I had the 1-hour full body massage + sauna...and came out of it, pampered - from the priming foot bath, the cleansing sauna, and the muscle-kneading massage. The place is new so the facility has a new feel to it. The staff is courteous and skilled. I don't mind coming back for more.
